Food safety tips:
1. Wash hands thoroughly before preparing or eating food.
2. Cook meat, fish, and eggs thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate perishable foods within 2 hours.
4. Do not eat food left at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
5. Wash fruits and vegetables under running water.
6. Avoid street food during extreme heat.
7. Drink boiled or filtered water.
8. Keep raw and cooked foods separate.
Signs of food poisoning: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and fever. Stay hydrated with ORS solution and seek medical help if symptoms are severe or persist beyond 24 hours.
