Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your health. Yet many Bangladeshis lead increasingly sedentary lifestyles.
Benefits of regular exercise:

- Helps maintain a healthy weight

Exercise recommendations by age:
- Children (6-17): 60 minutes of moderate activity daily
- Adults (18-64): 150 minutes of moderate activity per week
- Older adults (65+): Same as adults, plus balance exercises
Simple ways to stay active:
- Walk to nearby destinations instead of driving
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Do household chores actively
